Job Description:

As a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Electric Vehicles (EVs) within our Servicing Center, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing electric vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and reliability. You'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various components of EVs, including battery systems, electric motors, power electronics, and charging infrastructure. Your duties will involve conducting diagnostics, troubleshooting issues, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicle components, including battery packs, electric motors, inverters, and charging systems.

Perform routine maintenance activities on EVs to ensure their continued functionality and longevity.

Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify and address technical issues with EV systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement projects aimed at enhancing EV performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest developments in EV technology, including new models, battery technologies, and charging infrastructure.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians to enhance their proficiency in servicing EVs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all servicing and maintenance activities.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts inventory for EVs.

Communicate effectively with customers to address their concerns and provide solutions to their EV servicingneeds.
