Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage first-mile pick-ups across client locations, ensuring alignment with defined routes and turnaround times (TAT).

Exercise judgment to modify daily routes, adapting to customer demands efficiently.

Oversee last-mile delivery operations, both intra-city and inter-city, from the origin lab to the processing lab.

Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the lab team and sales team, to support operational excellence.

Monitor various operational key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time pick-up, intercity TAT, and product movement.

Participate in process development, performance improvement, and provide input on automation systems.

Skills we are looking for:

In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and best practices.

Masters degree is preferred

Diagnostic Industry experience is must

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
