We are hiring for General Insurance for Location Head - Health Agency Vertical

Job Location - Bangalore.

We are looking for Location Heads/Area Managers/Team Leader for Bangalore locations for one of the most critical growth engines for our organisation Retail Health.

You will be involved in building a robust & sustainable distribution network for our retail health products Via Agents,POSPs, Brokers, Broker-POSPs, etc.

You will create & nurture teams across your locations as well as virtual office setups and will be driving them towardsthe set benchmarks of delivery across various parameters.

Your key responsibilities

Establish, maintain & grow relationship with key distributors across your locations.

Have a Bottom-line driven approach while scaling up retail health business.

Ensure Month on Month numbers are met for the Locations & for your Team members and put in place a plan for YoY growth.

Ensure productivity standards are met/exceeded for your Sales team.

Create & nurture Sales teams as per the organisations Long-term plan.

Take care of the L&D needs of your location.

Experience : 5 - 10 Years
