• he Must Be Well Versed in Cooking Temperatures and Times and the Methods Employed in Storing Foods to Retain Their Flavour and Nutritional Value.

• the Kitchen Manager is Responsible for Ensuring that the Staff Strictly Follows the Guidelines of Quality, Service, Maintenance of Equipment’s Complying with Safety and Cleanliness Standards.

• he Should Be Well Versed with all Compliances Related to Licenses ,Day-today ,Monthly Operational Checklist & Recordkeeping
