Job type - Full Time/Permanent.

Key Responsibility:- 1)Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hydrogen plant, including production scheduling, plant maintenance, and troubleshooting any operational issues that arise. Responsible for safety, yield, quality, and Raw Material and utility consumption.

2)Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively and efficiently.

3)Handling troubleshooting of hydrogen plant, major breakdowns, and managing and operating Plant start-up and shutdowns.

4)Follow up for production schedule as per schedule from sale and operations team.

5)Coordinate with different departments for timely production, including supply chain, sales, and engineering.

6)Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance for plant equipment and pumps.

7)Prepare daily production reports and report same to the Director.

8)Prepare ISO and OHSAS: documents, including the review of SOPs and writing of new SOPs, aspect impact and HIRA data, and training for new GETs and Operators.

9)Develop and maintain procedures and protocols for plant operations, including safety procedures, equipment maintenance procedures, and emergency response plans.

10)Work with the Director of Operations to develop and implement production targets, budgets, and capital expenditure plans.

11)Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure that all hydrogen produced meets customer specifications and industry standards.

12)Maintain a thorough understanding of all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure that the plant is in compliance with these regulations.

13)Collaborate with other departments to ensure that plant operations are aligned with broader organizational goals and objectives.

14)Ensure that all necessary reporting, recordkeeping, and documentation is completed.
