2. From the Hotel industry, people who work in

Banquet areas, work in shifts, and handle good numbers of manpower can be considered.

3. From FMCG (Preferable Food, can see other Consumer Goods also except appliances ., MARICO/HUL/DABUR/ITC) sales with distribution background people who work in managerial capacity, manage multiple locations/cities/state and manage good numbers of manpower. Sales person (From ground level background) who have developed markets in rural areas.

4. From QSR (Quick Service- Restaurant ., MCD, KFC, BURGER KING, DOMINOS , CCD. People working as Restaurant Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Deputy DistrictManager, City Manager. Customer Interaction, Multi tasking, Working in Shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overall store operations

· Ensure performance standard, discipline & grooming standards are maintained.

· Develop a strategy for implementation of manpower plan.

· Ensure adherence to processes across departments

· Vendors Coordination

· Pilferage control

1. Who is an ideal candidate Person who is involved in day to day Operations Adhering the SOPs and working on the process on Ground,Should have handled minimum 200 people under him on Ground

2. excellent in coordination with various functions and departments-Person should Involve in Day to day Operations and Driving SOPs decided by Organisation Front End-Must have handled team on Ground.
