A Master's in Human Resources.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process.

Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances.

Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.

Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.

Work with managers to address performance issues and recognize achievements.

Coordinate or provide training sessions on various topics, including compliance, leadership, and professional development.

Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
