Job Description :
Day to day personnel handling and administration activities such as maintaining employee records, payroll & benefits, expense management, legal documentation, filing, MIS reporting, general correspondence, etc. (~50% time)
Recruiting is an integral part of the job. You will need to handle all aspects of the recruiting process such as screening, interviewing, reference checks, headhunting, salary negotiations and making offers for positions across levels in the organization. Whilst recruiting, you will need to contact candidates later in the evening and on weekends (whenever it is most convenient for them).(~20% time)
Contributing to all HR activities such as counseling, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance management, competency profiling, compensation management etc. (~15% time)
Providing general admin support to the team. (~15% time)
Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
