Responsible for driving the Core HR agendas in the unit with the support of HR Cluster Specialist

Responsible for overall statutory compliances of the Unit

Responsible for General Administration of the Unit

Responsible for handling any disputes between Workers/Staffs local bodies

Overall Supervision of handling the Labour Welfare measures and execution in the Unit.

Responsible for Timely execution of Payroll administration through software without any delays or Errors.
