We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team in the service industry. As an HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various human resources functions, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR processes that align with the service-oriented nature of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for service industry positions.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and providing timely resolutions.

Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and engagement.

Support employee engagement initiatives tailored to the unique needs of service staff.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in the service industry.

Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and addressing employee queries.

Handle administrative tasks related to HR processes, such as documentation, reporting, and filing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Relevant Experience or Fresher can apply

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
