Position: Housekeeping Supervisor - Immediate Start

Summary: To assist the Head Housekeeper in the day to day running of the Housekeeping Department, working with the team to ensure a high degree of cleanliness in all areas of the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Salary GBP 6200

Main duties and Responsibilities:

to ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all public areas in accordance with correct procedures and administration

to ensure agreed standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all bedrooms in accordance with correct procedures and administration

to organize day to day work requirements and set required standards against which work will be checked, in accordance with correct procedures and administration on an as and when required basis

to ensure that all equipment, furniture and furnishings are maintained, checked and kept in good working order in accordance with correct procedures and report all relevant faults

linen is dealt with in accordance with the Crowne Plaza hotels procedures and administration

to ensure that special requests from guests are carried out in a timely and cost effective manner

to ensure that any complaints or feedback from guests are dealt with in a timely and cost effective manner

liaise with relevant departments, in a timely fashion, to ensure that the guests expectations are consistently met and where possible exceeded

to take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety of guests, property and the building

Attending team meetings at the Capital Crowne Plaza Hotel on a regular basis

Attending training to develop relevant knowledge and skills

other reasonable duties may arise from time to time;
