� Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

� Good analytical, networking and management skills.

� Proven sales track record in a space selling / new market development.

� You will be involved in the core sales process of the Organization.

� Connecting with clients, generating value and revenue.

Responsibilities:

�To penetrate all targeted accounts and originate upselling opportunities for the company products and services.

� To set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations on daily basis.

� Will be responsible for client retention, per client revenue optimization & renewals.

� To ensure systematic follow-up with the client organizations to take the sales pitch to time-bound closure.

� To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company.

� To ensure that all payments are collected as per the company payment terms.

� Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

� Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plan.

� Plan approaches and pitch.

� Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client & needs, concerns and objectives.

� Manage the Sales with the sole focus of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable, and consistent basis.

� Work with the content creation team to understand what marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger.

� You will be directly involved in discussions with the end client.
