We are Hiring for Company Secretary for a Listed Company At Vki, Jaipur. the Candidate Should have At Least One Year Experience with Any Listed Company is Must.

the Requirements Are-

job Location- Jaipur.

responsible for all Company Secretarial Functions, Duties and Responsibilities.

Organizing, Preparing Notices, Agendas for and Taking Minutes of Board

meetings and Committee Meetings.

Drafting Board Resolutions and other Documents with Respect to Legal Work And

work Related to Tenders.

Filling Tenders for Supply of Shoes with Various State Governments like Uttar

pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal Etc.

Responsible for Compliances Under Sebi (listing Obligations and Disclosure

requirements), Regulation 2015 of the Company Within Set Time Frames.

Filing of Various E-form(s) with Roc Within Set Time Frames. Eform(s) Related To

charges, Appointment of Director/kmp and for Borrowing Money Etc.

Providing Advice to Directors On the Matters Related to Companies Act, 2013 And

legal Matters.

Maintaining Statutory Books , Register of Charges, Directors, Kmp Etc.

Liaising with Auditors, Registrar Transfer Agent and Depository.

Convening Annual General Meeting of the Company and Preparing And

arranging Documents Related to It Ie, Notice of Agm & Evoting, Directors Report

and Annual Report.

Maintaining and Updating Website of the Company

Responsible for Working of Group Companies Which Includes 1 Public Limited

company and 3 Private Limited Companies.

Annual Filing of the Company Including Group Companies Within Set Time

frames.
