A Pickup Partner pickups the assignment from customer's location as per assignment allotted to him in his panel (installed in his Smartphone) only for respective area allotted. Pickup is to be done after matching criteria punched by the customer in mobile Application through proper coordination with Acquisition department via call.

Requirements
Must have the basic knowledge of smartphones features and checking procedures (however proper training will be provided before joining)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
