Responsible for execution of ongoing project and leading a team to deliver the project on time.

2. Managing the project planning and execution internal with team designing and procurement, and quality control. Fabrication.

3. Process creation, process improvement, documentation & process implementation. Coordination with Product, Tech, Finance & other team to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Managing service delivery & escalations. Ensuring timely delivery of projects to clients and responsible for vendor management.

5. Managing in-house deliverable for internal clients (Research team) & Product team.

6. Execution of Product and Managing projects for Vendor management for various services.

7. Ensuring smoothly to get the project execute within the timeline.

8. Managing full life cycle of a project from beginning to end, meeting delivery dates in time with desired quality.

9. Managing multiple client accounts, handling client communication (email, phone & chat) and escalated service issues.

10. Keeping a track of projects process in project management tool and internal tracking.

11. Handling a team of Associate project managers and coordinators.

12. Maintaining productivity report of team members and communicating the performance expectations.

13. Planning and allocations according to team members skills and the turnaround time as per the project.

14. Coordinate meetings with the Project managers to discuss project requirements or issues/delays in completing the task.

15. Handling Govt. client communication, queries and billing.

16. Lead the channel to deliver superior execution of the project plan.

17. Planning & ensuring implementation of Business Promotion Plans.

18. Mobilization and Placement tie ups and tracking record of all placed students.
