1. Accountable And Responsible For The Sales And Marketing Operations And Sales Targets.

2. Ensure Sales Force Excellence In Assigned Territory In Sync With Macro Plans Of Organization.

3. Manage Territory Performance.

4. Develop Relationships With KOL / Thought Leaders For Business Development.

5. Penetrating, Developing And Driving Growth In A Compliant Manner. Identifying New Business Opportunities.

6. Track Market Trends To Keep Abreast Changing Clients Requirement/Expectations.

7. Providing Direction, Motivation And Training To Field Sales Team For Ensuring Optimum Performance.

8. Recruit, Mentor And Train TSMs.

9. Manage And Develop Distribution Network For Distribution In Key Accounts And Direct To Patient.
