1. Meet potential Dealers and Franchise partners for growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network in Uttar Pradesh.

2. Be the brand ambassador and plan marketing approaches, events and schemes with Franchise partners in Uttar Pradesh region.

3. Build mutually beneficial alliances to increase our dealers network in Uttar Pradesh region.

4. Identify marketing and product opportunities with other brands/service providers to drive customer traffic and awareness for Friscone group in Uttar Pradesh.

5. Enhance existing business relationships and constantly engage them, creating new avenues of expansion.

6. Track and optimize programs with our existing partners based on set targets.

7. Constantly devise and recommend market disrupting strategies backed with market research and competition analysis.

8. Work closely with the Team leader and Business development head to generate maximum leads.

9. Research and identify market trends and new/existing brand players that may strategically enhance Dealers acquisition in Uttar Pradesh.

10. Dynamically lead assigned sales executive of his zone.
