Job Description-
Maintain good relationships with customers and suppliers so everything runs smoothly for future biddings and negotiations.
Review RFPs from customers and preparation of Quotations, Tenders, Proposals and Purchasing Agreements in accordance with the received RFP in a clear and prepared manner.
Coordinate the preparation of procurement documents, utilizing sound sustainable procurement practices, while adhering to Companys company policies as required.
Source and evaluate suppliers.
Negotiation skills.
Handling RFPs and RFQs.
Evaluate sourcing opportunities for cost reduction.
Track delivery of products with the vendors.
Knowledge on imports and customs clearance.
Business development and Operations.
Identifying and developing potential business opportunities in Market.
Identify Business opportunities in Neighboring Countries.
Maintaining Accurate Records.
Attending Trade Exhibitions, Conferences and Meetings.
Review and Monitor Sales performance of Self and Team.
Skills Required-
Candidate should be willing to travel to other countries where Company has Business Interests or in order to Develop Business.
Candidate must make a thorough market survey of the country he is visiting in relevance to cost heads that will directly and indirectly affect companys affairs while performing a business activity in that particular country.
Candidate must be presentable and confident, while giving Sales Presentations to Clients
Candidate should possess necessary skills with regards to Negotiation and Closing of Business Deals and Agreement.
