Responsible to function as the overall administration in-charge of the Branch & support the HR Driven Activiites

Minimum Qualification Graduate in any field

Desired Qualification Masters / PGD

Knowledge of Banking Compliance and Processes

Knowledge of modern management techniques & system

Familiarity with industry rules and regulations

2 - 4 Years

Relevant - Worked as a Branch Manager in a Mid - Sized HFC or a BSM/TSM in a large-size HFC

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

Branch Roles - Branch Credit Manager, Branch Sales Manager, Branch Collections Manager, Branch Technical Manager

Relationship Manager, DST/DSA

Accountable for customer acquisition by monitoring the leads and checking the quality of sourcing, ensuring quick conversions of prospects as per the

set targets

Responsible for customer retention & management in collaboration with the operations and sales team

Responsible for ensuring productivity norms are met and requisite support is provided for smooth functioning

Responsible for ensuring no customer complaints are raised against the Branch & the employees. .

Responsible to implement and engage the subordinates in all the branch promotion activities for ensuring maximum business growth

Responsible for supporting the local administration of branch staff including sales, credit, collections, technical and legal.

Ensuring that all employees are properly inducted into the system while managing their performance and productivity through continuous feedback
