Job Responsibility :
Responsible to function as the overall administration in-charge of the Branch & support the HR Driven Activiites
Accountable for customer acquisition by monitoring the leads and checking the quality of sourcing, ensuring quick conversions of
prospects as per the set targets
Responsible for customer retention & management in collaboration with the operations and sales team
Responsible to implement and engage the subordinates in all the branch promotion activities for ensuring maximum business growth
Responsible for supporting the local administration of branch staff including sales, credit, collections, technical and legal
Responsible for ensuring productivity norms are met and requisite support is provided for smooth functioning
Responsible for ensuring no customer complaints are raised against the Branch & the employees. .
Responsible to capitalize on business opportunities by overseeing the channels, DSAs, builder tie ups, and planning and monitoring joint
promotional activities with developers
Ensuring that all employees are properly inducted into the system while managing their performance and productivity through continuous
feedback
Responble to strengthen the role of channel partners by ensuring proper onboarding, engagement and lead generation in tandem with the HO based alternate channel team
Responsible to ensure compliance to all policies and processes to avoid any deviations reported by any regulatory or supervisory authority
on the Branch functioning
Responsible for handling grievances both from customers and employees and manage Audit queries
