The candidate should have minimum of 6 months experience as Trainer.

Should possess a pleasing personality and good communication skills.

Job Description:

Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new products or refresher training

Maintains and shares training reports on time.

Conduct training need analysis and prepare/execute the plan to close any gap

Create training content and modify the existing training content on regular basis

Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring

Quality Audits and planning refresher training basis TNIs

Relevant experience will be an added advantage

Experience : 1 - 3 Years
