Prepare contract as per company policies and getting it duly signed as required by the clients prior to all events

Party/Outdoor catering management in tandem with respective departments

Taking care of overall Outdoor catering management in sync with other departments

Tie-ups for Outdoor catering

Analyse the gaps & coming up with solution to increase business prospect
