We are looking to hire an experienced back office executive to join our busy back office team. As a back office executive you will be reporting to the back office manager and assisting with various administrative duties. You should have extensive experience in office management the ability to work as a team and the ability to respond quickly to request s from management. Upgradation with the recent trends in market.

Responsiblities

1. Maintain the own database.

2. Rigirrous follow up with candidates including mailing activity.

3. Performing basic admin duties including printing and ordering office supplies.

4. Assisting and coordinating with sales team.

5. Assisting the front office team.

6. Assisting with inventory control.

7. Processing Company receipts invoice and bills .

8. Assisting and supporting management.

Skills

1. Knowledge of Computer operating system and Ms office software and tally.

2. Ability to work as part of a team.

3. Preparing to Manager.
