Job Description

Transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity.

Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience (at least 2 yrs in automation )

Strive to minimize QA turnaround time and minimize go-live time between development completed and production release

Strive to maximize automation coverage to reduce QA time and early identification of bugs

Knowledge of testing standards

Design the automation framework, prepare the automation suite

Mentoring and providing training to test engineers on automation

A good eye over Manual Testing

Through an understanding of different test stages (Component Testing, Acceptance Testing) & test activities (Planning, Specification, Execution)

Writing test scenarios for modules using Black box techniques

Experience with LoadRunner/JMeter load testing

Knowledge of CI/CD process and test suites integration

A strong problem solving skills needed

The ability to work in a team and individually

Worked in Agile and DevOps culture

Organizational skills with the capability of working towards tight deadlines
