01 Prepare and display list of vacant positions on notice board for employee reference.
02 Maintain buddy reference register
03 Search for probable candidate which match parameters stated in manpower requisition form from web portals
04 Schedule candidates for interview (for positions up to level 3 band 2-below assistant manager) by calling and sending interview call letter (ask to bring documents required)
05 Follow up with scheduled candidates regarding Interview date and time.
06 Maintain Recruitment tracker on daily basis
07 Collection and verification of candidate's documents before conducting the interview
08 Planning for lunch for the candidate if necessary
09 Proper filing of candidates resume with reference to selected, rejected, or status pending
10 When candidate joins, complete all joining formalities . preparing employees entire file.
11 Submission of all documents of the candidate to HR Operations Team.
12 Preparation of the Welcome Note for all the new employees.
13 Following the guidance of HR Officer-recruitment.
14 Completing the work assigned by the HR Officer-recruitment within deadline.
15 Follow the instructions of HR Officer-recruitment.
16 Give suggestions to HR Officer-recruitment for improving the recruitment process.
17 Need to work according to Recruitment process as defined by the HR Team of Signor Group.
18 Guiding, training and supervising the receptionist in his reception work.
