Qualification:BE /Diploma Mechanical

Location :Rajkot (Gujarat)

Roles:

Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical systems and equipment.

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance on best practices and safety procedures.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment within the maintenance department.

Oversee the diagnosis and resolution of mechanical failures promptly and efficiently.

Develop efficient systems for spare parts identification, procurement, and storage.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety training sessions.

Conduct root cause analyses for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with engineering teams to address systemic issues affecting mechanical reliability

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, inspections, and repairs.

Prepare regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and project statuses

Assist in the development and monitoring of the maintenance budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising equipment reliability.

Detail recording and analysis of breakdowns.

SAP system knowledge.

Implementation of Kaizen and 5S activity.
