responsibilities and Duties

procurement of Required Raw Material for Production Within the Specified Time Limit, of Approved Quality and At Competitive Price as per Plan

prepares the Purchase Order as per the Material Requirement

negotiating with Suppliers for Quality, Cost, and Deliveries

vendor & Supplier Development and Management

documentation of Invoice/challan

keep a Track Record of Order Placed and Follow Up for the Material Up to Reach in Time

assist in Procurement of all Required Raw Materials for Production Within the Time Limit, of Approved Quality and At Competitive Price as per Plan

co-ordinates with Accounts Dept. for the Timely Payments of the Vendors & Suppliers as per . Terms & Conditions

keep a Constant Check On Stock Levels

optimum Utilization of Available Material and Keeping Records for the Same

build and Maintain Good Relationships with New and Existing Suppliers

conduct Regular Meetings Regarding Material Requisitions, Specifications and Schedule the Purchasing Accordingly

schedule Store Visits On a Regular Basis and Conduct Competitor Survey

required Experience, Skills and Qualifications.
