Q.4. What is the reason behind leaving your current/last job?
This is the most difficult question asked by the interviewer. People try to fumble while answering it. The answer to this question should be an honest one, without any manipulation. The one thing that needs to be kept in mind while answering this specific question is not to say any wrong thing about your previous employers or co-workers. It may reflect your negative attitude.

Q.5. What do you know about this organization?
This question is asked in order to check your preparedness and interest in the job. You must do your homework and have a fair idea about the company and its working.

Q.6. Why do you want to work for this organization?
The answer to this should be based on the research that you have conducted about the company. The answer shall be given in all sincerity and after giving a good thought.

Q.7. Why should we hire you?
This is one question that gauges your total strength in your view. This has to be answered on the spot considering the competence you possess as per the expectations of the interviewer.

Q.8. What is your salary expectations?
This is one of the tackiest questions asked in the interview. DO NOT answer first. Dodge the employer and try to flinch away from quoting any amount. If the interviewer persists you to answer the question then provide a wide range.
