Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Working Hours: 10am -7pm Company Profile: Ecommerce Solutions/Platforms, Third Party Integration Custom software services, which includes Portal development, ecommerce, CMS, Mobile app, B2B sites, B2B contract Desired Relevant Experience: Fresher candidate can also apply who is interested in sales and marketing of software, website in current Market with IT consulting services. Role Description: *Achieving revenue and profitability targets for the region *should be able to handle the complete sales activities *Handle the sales responsibility in the defined territories/ regions/ client segments. *Prospecting, qualifying, proposing, negotiating, and closing mid/large sized business deals *Prospecting to establish new accounts and extending business in existing accounts. *Building credible and lasting relationships with prospects and customers for repeat business. *Target and pitch to new high value clients/ mandates in existing and new segments. *Should be responsible for lead generation and maintaining a healthy pipeline. *Setting customer expectations consistent with service offerings and delivery potential. *Keep customer relationship management system up to date on a daily basis. Manage and grow the existing large client base. *Developing a healthy pipeline of suspects and prospects and accurately forecasting business deals to be closed. *Maintaining contact and opportunity information complete, accurate and in a timely manner. *Having a comprehensive channel strategy/multipoint lead generation. *Attending and representing the company at various business and industry meetings
