Overview
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service in order to build productive trust relationships with customers
Create an environment where customers feel comfortable and render assistance in selecting accessories, apparel and promote sales through positive customer service efforts
Participate in stock management as well as maintain inventory and store upkeep
Work varying schedules along with client site visits
Deal with customer refunds and payments (this includes cash, cheque and card transactions)
Look out for shoplifters; responsible for security within the store as well as watching out for fraudulent credit cards etc.
Coordinate and follow up with the workshop pertaining to customer orders
Receive, label and stock merchandise
Take feedback from customers and implement in-store
Document customer requirements and buying patterns
Inspect goods received in the store to match customer specifications and ensure timely delivery
Support design and production teams and pitch ideas to senior management
Lead customers throughout the entire purchasing process and answer questions to all enquiries
Make style suggestions to meet the customers budget and dress expectations
Provide customers with information on discounts and bundle offers
Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options while actively seeking out customers
