Role Looking for a vibrant and creative fashion lingerie designer, with a good knowledge of current trends. The candidate should have an ad hoc approach to work and should be willing to learn and grow with the brand. Consistent good work will lead to fast progression, as the team is very small. Responsibilities Research upcoming trends- in terms of fabrics, silhouettes, colours, drapes etc. Create designs ranges as per buying calendar, seasonal transitions and identified trends. Liase with brand head for design and range approval. Prepare detailed tech packs for all designs. Work with factories to get samples developed. Spec the pre production designs translations such lab dips, colour cuttings, print strike offs, styling, fit, trims and get them approved from the buyer and brand head. Introduce new techniques, textures, constructions, base fabrics etc., as per calendar Evaluate the product performance in the earlier season as per feedback from retail team and rework on the design inputs for the forthcoming season
