select Minds Llc is Currently Hiring for the Roles of Mid to Senior Level Us It Technical Recruiters & Bench Sales Executives for Our Us It Staffing/recruitment Team in Our Vijayawada Office.

we Will Be Conducting F2f Interviews At Our Office Location On this Coming Sunday March 1st 2020. Selected Candidates Can Join Immediately.

responsibilities:

· Strong Knowledge and Working Experience On W2, 1099 and Corp to Corp (c2c).

· Hands On Experience in Contract, Permanent, Contract to Hire Positions.

· Strong Understanding of Technical Requirements; Deep Sourcing Skills and Excellent Candidate Assessment Skills.

. Should have a Good Database of Tier 1 Vendors/ Prime Vendors and also Be Able to Bring the New Vendors Onboard.

· Experience Using Job Boards such as Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, and Careerbuilder.

· Experience in Various Search/sourcing Methods, Including Linkedin, Google Search Strings.

· Screening and Shortlisting of Resumes According to the Requirements.

· Strong Negotiation Skills Handling Us Citizens, Green Card Holders, Ead and H1b.

· Accuracy and the Ability to Follow Through, Capable of Working Independently in a High Volume, Fast-paced, Deadline-oriented Situation.

· Excellent Communication Skills Must
