Currently we have urgent requirement for Technical Writer in Leading Manufacturing Industry @ Vadodara

POSITION PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES:

To manage technical manuals and documentation supporting our technical support specialist with a particular

focus on ISO 9001 and ISO accreditation and associated quality assurance

systems.

- Preparing High-level design and bench marking document, technical manual, specification, literature

and supporting technical support specialist team.

- Provide continuous improvement programme for technical documentation and supporting quality

assurance system.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.

- Help improve existing documentation processes, standards, frameworks, and templates.

- Excellent understanding of the English grammar, style, and writing standards

- Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures, training material and complex technical

manuals.

- Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts

- Liaise with a variety of departments to compile and compose technical information

- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation.

- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users understanding.

- Design and establish style guidelines and standards for texts and illustrations to meet business needs.

- Standardize content across platforms and media.

- Analyse documents to maintain continuity of style of content

- Manage updates and revisions to technical literature

- Produce electronic documentation, compile, organize and write online help files to support end-users

- Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers.

- Assist the technical, R&D and Engineering team to prepare templates as required.
