Summary Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Architect to oversee various projects and ensure the proper architecture is implemented. You will create strategy and guide others in implementing technical solutions for the growth of the organisation.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. Wed also like you to have hands-on experience on software development and be able to manage complex projects.

Technical Leadership

As a lead person, the employee:

Does due diligence as far as analysis and design of any projects they undertake

Creates and implements short and long-term strategy in terms of technological

growth

Leads the implementation and support of technological solutions

Works with other leaders in the organisation to deliver services within their function

Communicates system requirements to software development teams

Evaluates and selects appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration

methods

Oversees assigned programs (. conduct code review) and provide guidance to

team members

Assists with solving technical problems when they arise

Ensures the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure

Monitors systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals

Owns solutions to support companys business strategy and product roadmap,

including:

o Security, both internal and external

o Tech stack: JAVA, MySQL, Linux, AWS, repositories, testing o Automation in all areas
