Preferred Background
2 years of experience in Inbound Contact Centre industry
Experience in Inbound banking domain is must
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be Bachelors Degree in any stream
Experience of at least 2 years in a Contact Centre/Call Centre as TL, or in direct selling/ telemarketing in the service industry (Fresh candidates CANNOT be considered).
Minimum 12 months of experience with Conneqt business Solutions
Experience in Inbound customer care and experience in banking would be added advantage
Employee with 12 months and above with > 4 rating in last 6 months with 1A grade can apply
Added advantage for the candidate trained on COPC (HPMT) management trainings
Ability
Able to communicate confidently and politely, with good speaking skills.
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Bank's products & processes along with detailed knowledge of Bank products, their uniqueness, comparison to competitors etc.
Knowledge on Microsoft Office suite Presentation / Excels
Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Possession of key competencies, including conflict management, business negotiation, organization and decision-making
Job Description
Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks, client requirement and higher management expectations
Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
Keep track of staffing requirements and hire new talent as needed to correspond with specific duties and skill sets
Knowledge on basics of WFM practices for better utilization and to adhere workforce requirement
Knowledge on QMS , ISO , ISMS & Other policies applicable for banking industry & BPO
Awareness of basic operational metrics and verbiage to handle Day to day operational activity
