Position Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing software architecture of automotive

embedded systems.

Essential Functions:

Software-side development of the system architecture

Development and maintenance of software architecture model

Creating software level requirements

Develop Software design from requirements

Making impact analysis and safety, security criticality analysis

Implementing a prototype software into an embedded microcontroller

Development of embedded system

Knowledge:

In depth knowledge of AUTOSAR and experience in AUTOSAR modelling tool

Good understanding o UML designs

Experience in development of embedded C software

Experience in Static code analysis such as MISRA C/C++.

Good knowledge of software and application design, design patterns and architecture

Understanding about Embedded concepts (like HW/SW interfacing, drivers, RTOS).

Knowledge of operating systems applied in embedded systems

Hands on Modelling tools like Rhapsody, Enterprise architect etc. would be added advantage

Understanding of UML and other modeling methods

Experience in configuration and version management tools (SVN, Git)

Basic understanding of communication protocols like CAN, LIN

Good to have:

o Basic knowledge of ISO

o Good communication skills (written and spoken)

Experience:

8+ years of experience

Education:

./ or Equivalent

Position Requirements:

Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as per business demands.
