Job Description:- i) Document Tenants Movement.

ii) Managing Record Of Rent Agreement & Make Renewal In Time.

iii) Follow Up In Reminding Society Members On The Monthly Rent & Maintenance

iv)Collecting Dues From Society Members as Per Society Rules & Regulation.

v) Maintaining Accurate Records Of Payments Received & Outstanding Dues.

vi) Maintain Records The Day To Day Accounting Entry

vii) Issuing/Depositing Of Any Society Related Cheque In Bank & To Vendor

viii)Visit Bank On Society Account Matter

ix) Providing Receipt & Payment Acknowledgement To Members

x) Electricity/Water Bill Payment

xi) Managing Repair & Maintenance Of Society

xii) Managing Housekeeping Work.

xiii)Managing Security & Garden Work

xiv) Maintain Attendance Register Of Housekeeping, Security & Gardening Staff

xv) Purchase Of Housekeeping Materials

xvi) Distributing Circular & Organised Meeting

xvii)Updating Members On Any Changes In payment Policy & Schedule.

xviii)Manage Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) Due For Renewal.
