Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Architect scalable and efficient web applications, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications, ensuring high reliability and identifying and fixing any issues or bugs.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential applications to improve our development process.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements and tools to optimize development workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on the application features, user interface, and user experience.

Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or in production environments.

Keep a strong focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Web Developer or Software Engineer, with a focus on web application development.

Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (., React, Angular, or ).

Proficiency in PHP programming language is must.

Solid understanding of web architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

Experience with databases and proficient in SQL. Familiarity with ORM
