Intermediate Level understanding of the subject matter of general insurance
Minimum 5 year back office operations experience in preferred lines of business
Smart analysing skills to match client needs and requirements to create the right product fit / solution
Self-Starter and team player.
Ability to multi task and prioritise for meeting various client requirements and deadlines
Cheerful person who is able to effectively handle pressure and manage client servicing relationships with a positive attitude

New Business Underwriting and Quote Creation for Fire, Marine, Group Medical & Personal Accident Business
Liaising with insurance companies underwriting team for competitive pricing
Following up for New Business from existing clients
Following up and completing monthly endorsements for corporate clients
Processing and Following up for renewals and retention of existing business
