• Intermediate Level understanding of the subject matter of general insurance

• Minimum 5 year back office operations experience in preferred lines of business

• Smart analysing skills to match client needs and requirements to create the right product fit / solution

• Self-Starter and team player.

• Ability to multi task and prioritise for meeting various client requirements and deadlines

• Cheerful person who is able to effectively handle pressure and manage client servicing relationships with a positive attitude


• New Business Underwriting and Quote Creation for Fire, Marine, Group Medical & Personal Accident Business

• Liaising with insurance companies underwriting team for competitive pricing

• Following up for New Business from existing clients

• Following up and completing monthly endorsements for corporate clients

• Processing and Following up for renewals and retention of existing business
