Post:- Senior accountant

Location : Raipur chhattisgarh

Qualification : - any graduate/ / MBA/ PGDM

Year & Nature of experience :- 4 to 8 years experience in

Salary : to Per year

No Of Openings : 1

Responsibilities and Duties

Payment process NEFT/RTGS/Cheques as per pay-terms.

Checking of PF/ESIC Calculation & Process the payment as per HR Data.

Preparation of bank reconciliation & credit card reconciliation.

Processing of purchase invoices, matching relevant delivery dockets and posting them to the ledger and cross checking.

Focus on the Collection, weekly meeting on Collection with Marketing Team

Preparation of receivables MIS and payment follow-up.

Vendor reconciliation on monthly basis.

TDS Deduction, Preparation of Challan & Payment process.

Preparation of Management Information Report (Daily Cash Flow, Stock statement, Term loan schedule)

Preparation of Doctors professionals and other payout.

Reconciliation of inter branch transactions

Monthly Stock Audit of Linen, Drugs & Pharma Items & other General Store items.

Qualifications and Skills

any graduate// MBA/ PGDM
