Role Name- Section In charge Mining

Function: Mining

Reports to: Mine Manager

Location: Rajasthan (Rampura Agucha / Rajpura / Dariba / Kayad / Zawar)

Typical Tasks performed by this role

· Monitor Status of Support & Safety, Availability of Resources and Equipment Status Report

· Ensure Output as Per Business Plan (Qualitative & Quantitative)

· Ensure Availability of Resources Like Explosive, Drilling Tools & Manpower Etc.

· Conduct Regular Inspection of Section as Per Mmr-1961

· Perform Statutory Duties as Per Mmr 1961

· Document Performance Parameters Like Mine Development, Production Drilling, Production Blasting, Ore/Waste Hauling & Back Filling of Stopes

· Document Informations Related to ORM And Other Review Meetings

· Monitor Equipment Status & Performance Report

· Perform Setting Goals of His Section as Per Bpt; Evaluating & Providing Feedback to Mine Manager

· Ensure Technical Upgradation by Special Training, Toll Box Talk, Audio Visual Clippings Mail & Distribution of Handouts

· Evaluate Budget, Planning of Mining Spares & Consumables and Contracts

· Participate in Orm/Crm/Safety Meetings/Safety Conferences/Safety Weeks/

· Be Familiar with And Focused on Company Mission and Vision

· Be Familiar with Mining Methods

· Analyze Pattern of Problems in Equipment

· Be Familiar with Statutory Requirements

· Knowledge on The Developments and Changes in The Industry
