responsibilities:
1. Conduct Orientation Training to Imbibe Acko Values.
2. Train New Hires for Sales/ Product/ Customer Experience Ensuring 90% Throughput of the Batch.
3. Closely Work with Ojt and New Hire Batch to Control Compliance and Quality Errors
4. Work with Quality to Define, Design and Implement Refresher Training for Agents for Better Quality And/or Sales Performance
5. Ensuring the Sales and Quality Target Trajectory is Met for the Agents
6. Design and Improve the Training Content for New Hires and On Going Training Programs. Customize the Training Module as per Product/process Update
7. Collaborate with other Teams to Update Modules and Train Agents Accordingly.
8. Research, Explore and Suggest Recommendations for Process Improvement
requirements:
1. 5 Years Experience in Sales Profile
2. 2 Years of Experience in Sales Training with Proven Conversion Improvement
3. Excellent Communication Skills in Both English and Hindi Both Verbal and Written
4. Language and Accent Certification Desirable
5. Insurance Experience Desirable
6. Ability to Collaborate in Team Environment
7. Proven Ability to Prioritize, Plan, and Organize
8. Presentation Skills
9. Ability to Influence and Engage At all Levels
10. High Enthusiasm Levels
