Major Job Responsibilities:

Issuing Work permits and monitoring the permit check points implementation.

Planning and conducting an internal inspection in the plant to ensure work environment safety.

Plant rounding to identify Safety deviations/violations in Work Activity.

Monitoring the Critical Raw materials handling

Investigating the Route cause/s behind the near-miss/ incidents and providing necessary controls to mitigate the risk.

Procurement of safety Equipment, instruments & PPE through Purchase order.

Preparation of the monthly reports and weekly reports.

Preparation of Department Environmental Impact Assessment

Conducting calendar Training for Regular & Contract employees.

Conducting Shop floor training to the bottom level employees.

Safety equipment inspections based on the schedules.

IMS files updating as per schedule.

Monitoring of MEE and ETP plants.

Maintenance and servicing of fire equipment.
