We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Research & Product Development Professional to provide

the highest standards of quality research and research products for Retail and HNI clients. Research area

and portfolio management may include equity, derivatives, fixed income, ETFs, Mutual Funds and other

alternative asset classes. The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of financial products and

should be capable to independently predict the financial modeling, different valuation methods and report

writing.

The candidate will work closely with the management in building research and product strategies.

Requirements

- Qualification Chartered Financial Analyst, Masters in Business Administration, Statistics or Finance

- Experience 10+ years of relevant experience in capital market securities research, financial services

industry

- CTC based on candidates experience and merits

- Location Rajkot

Responsibilities

- Direct and guide the conduct of research team by framing necessary research products and

policies

- Enhance team learning by participating in various market seminars, technical and fundamental

workshops

- Provide advisory and portfolio management services to Retail, HNI and Ultra HNI for wealth

creation

- Acquire HNI & portfolio management clients under PCG (Private Client Group) category

- Interact with various clients to understand their need for investment and build strategy with

research team to better serve the PCG category

- Engage and build network with institutions and promoters from various industries to capture

future trends & opportunities

- Provide thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders via audio visual presentations,

effective communication of any important regulatory announcements and market analysis

Accountability

- Lead and develop technical and fundamental analysts team for equity, commodity,

currency derivative segment and ensuring relevant analysis is disseminated in the right

format to the
