Role description: The Regional Sales Manager is one of the Strategic roles that define companys growth and success. This is a very dynamic and responsible position that requires deep understanding of various distribution channels, sales strategy formulation, campaign creation and management and sales planning, reporting, client management, product implementation and result oriented efforts.
This role will directly report into Sales Head of the company.
Key responsibilities:
Gain deep business understanding of your specified geography and analyse customer segment.
Generate B2B School and Coaching institutions leads from your specified area and convert them into clients/customers.
Complete implementation for B2B client and after sales support.
Maintain Customer relationship, periodic visits and get their feedback and complaints.
Create product awareness in market and branding in your working region.
Add distribution partners, coaching centers, teachers, and books stores for sales and distribution.
Create campaigns, student seminar and direct sales to student groups.
Client documentation management that include agreement, term sheet, setup requirements etc.
Region responsible: Ujjain Dist, Dhar Dist, Ratlam Dist. and Jhabua Dist.
Pre-requisites and Preference to:
At least 3+ years of experience in ground level sales and marketing, exposure to client management and distribution channel creation and management.
Dynamic thinking with leadership and team management abilities.
Decision maker and responsibility taker.
Proficient communication, presentation and sales skills.
