1) 1-2 Years Exp. in Quality Control Dept in Pharma or Intermediate Industry.

2) Candidate Having Good Knowledge of Glp.

3) Candidate Having Knowledge of Various Instruments like Hplc, Kf, Autotitrator, Uv, Ir, Etc.

4) Candidate Having Knowledge of Quality Control Related Documents.

1) Should have Experience of Api Production 1-2 Years in Pharma Industry.

2) Able to Arrange Shift Manpower with Proper Utilization.

3) Should have Knowledge of Gmp.

4) Should have Knowledge for Shop Floor with Various Reactor, Dryer.

5) Candidate Should have Knowledge of Reaction & Monitoring.

6) Candidate Should have Knowledge of Equipment Handling with Safety.

7) Candidate Should have Knowledge of Handling Various Chemicals.

8) Diagnose Origin of Breakdowns (including Human Energy) & Troubleshoot the Problems.

9) Ensure all Steps of Production- Run Smoothly & Efficiently.

3) Quality Assurance Executive /officer (no. of Posts-2)

job Responsibilities:-

1) Shall Work On Api Shop Floor/ in Process . (ipqa) Activity. (for Example:- Line Clearance, in Process Cheering During Manufacturing Activity, Batch Release Etc.)

2) Able to Review Master & Executed (bmr)

3) Able to Review & Knowledge of Dq/rq/oq/pq Validation Documents.

4) Able to Review Quality Control Data & Related Activity (like Stattility Protocol/ Report, Analytical Method Validation Protocol/report Etc.

5) Having Exposure of Qms Activity (deviation, Apqr, Change Control, Oos, Oot)

6) Having Exposure of Regulatory Audits (like Who, Vendor Audits)

7) Able to Review Plant Sops of all the Departments.
