Key Responsibilities Area :

Test Planning:

Collaborating with stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and strategies for manual testing.

Test Case Development:

Creating detailed test cases and use cases based on requirements and specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Test Execution:

Performing manual testing activities such as functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify defects and ensure software quality.

Performing the need analysis and competitive analysis as well to provide a lucrative feedback on our services

Verify software fixes and enhancements to ensure they meet quality standards and do not introduce new issues.

Defect Management:

Documenting and tracking defects found during testing using issue tracking systems (, Plutio, Jira, Bugzilla) and collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Test Reporting:

Generating test reports summarizing test results, defect metrics, and overall quality status to stakeholders.

Preparing and maintaining the documents of user manuals and amc reports as well

Collaboration:

Working closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements, prioritize testing activities, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Communicate test results, defects, and quality metrics to stakeholders and collaborate with development teams to prioritize and address issues.

Continuous Improvement:

Contributing to process improvements by providing feedback on testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

Adaptability:

Adapting to changes in project requirements, timelines, and priorities while ensuring testing activities are aligned with project objectives.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in software testing methodologies to continuously improve testing processes.
