Carmel Organics is an India based organic company founded in 2012 with the mission to help small & marginal farmers in India to earn more by growing herbs organically and to supply the premium quality ingredients to the world.
We supply a range of Organic herbs & spices in whole, powdered & Tea bag cut forms with packaging options of card board boxes, HDPE drums & retail pouches in B2B and operate in consumer market with brand name "Santulya".
Responsibilities and Duties
We are launching a consumer brand "SANTULYA" (Certified Organic Herbal infusion) in India and we need candidates who can manage Sales and Marketing.
Roles and responsibilities are as follows:
-Demonstrate and explain product or methods in order to persuade customers to purchase products.
-Identity interested distributers and relation in order to provide them with additional information.
-Provide product information to customers by lectures or charts.
-Provide product samples, coupons, informational brochure and other incentives to persuade people to buy product.
-Record and report demonstration related information such as the number of question asked by the audience and number of sample distributed.
-Sell product being promoted and keep records of sales.
-Set up and arrange displays and demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
-Visit trade shows, stores, community organization and other venues to demonstrate products.
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for passionate young sales and marketing professional with long term vision to build a brand and to help people to live healthier.
