Reports to Business Head

Location Bangalore

Summary Responsible for all Sales & Marketing activities in assigned regions.

Responsible for setting up Project Dealers & Channel Partners in the assigned areas.

Experience 5-7 years of responsible sales positions, preferably in architectural or related products. Should have technical sales experience.

Should have handled customer accounts and key customer accounts individually.

Qualification Preferably should hold a Diploma in Engineering or a Bachelors degree in any stream.

Primary responsibility Market and sell company products to current and potential customers

Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and project the no. of contacts to be made

Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.

Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.

Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.

Prepare presentations & proposals.

Maintain sales and marketing collaterals

Identify and resolve all customer complaints.

Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.

Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.

Ensure payments are received by due date

Any other duties assigned as deemed fit by the Management from time-to-time

Additional responsibilities Support Design and Projects team with required inputs

Knowledge and Skill requirement Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others

Ability to develop and deliver presentations

Ability to understand and follow procedures laid done by the company.

Maintain a professional appearance and provide positive company image to the public
