Qualification: Diploma/ Mechanical

Experience:11-15 Years

CTC: Upto15 LPA

Age :upto 38 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hand on experience of greenfield/Brown project.

Layout planning end to end.

Green Field Capex planning & tracking.

New Product development, facility planning , tooling equipment.

Hand on experience on set up new process, new facility, new line setup.

Low-cost automation on manufacturing line

Work on Lean manufacturing system

Capacity planning & handling ECN /DCN

Facilitation of TPM, ISO documentation, Process documents.

Process Robustness By improving Operation process practices

VAVE reduction through waste elimination

Cost saving through consumable consumption reduction, Alternate operations, new technology.

Value stream Mapping to reduce the shop floor inventory.

Process optimization.

Knowledge of welding, machining & assembly process.
